The Comfort Zone is where you're most confident because it represents what you already know how to do. The Learning Zone is where you unlock new knowledge and skills through practice. The Danger Zone is where you're too scared to think much about what you're doing.
Step 1: Prepare to tell your bandmates a story about a recent experience you had in the Learning Zone. Think about a skill you learned that was challenging at first but you eventually figured out. Focus on how you felt as you persisted through confusion and failure, and then unlocked your new ability.
